Pre nego što 16. oktobra izađe njegov dugo očekivani Fabric 84 miks, Mathew Jonson nam je privukao pažnju svojom trakom “The World Will Come Around”. Ova traka nije ranije izdata, ali smo je mogli čuti u njegovim skorijim live setovima.
Fabric 84 je snimak Jonsonovog seta sa žurke za 15. rođendan Fabrica, koja je bila u oktobru prošle godine.
Mathew je za ovu traku rekao:
“Napravio sam “The World Will Come Around” u svom studiju u Berlinu proše godine. Naziv se odnosi na nadu da ćemo mi kao vrsta početi da pravimo promjene u načinu života, i da ćemo voditi računa o Zemlji i o drugima. Rastužuje me da vidim svestke lidere kako se potčinjavaju korporacijskoj pohlepi umesto da čine ono što je ispravno za našu decu i generacije koje dolaze. Kao muzičar koji uglavnom piše instrumentalnu muziku, nemam verbalan glas kada je u pitanju moja umetnost. Međutim, svetski problemi i moje emocije mi teško padaju, tako da pokušavam da se izrazim makar kroz naslove svojih traka, kad god je to moguće.”
